Bei Ihrer Ankunft in Luxor hilft Ihnen Ihr professioneller Reiseleiter, in den nächsten Tagen in Ihrem „Zuhause“ für die nächsten Tage, dem Nilkreuzfahrtschiff einzuchecken.
Karnak Tempel
Bevor unser Reiseleiter Sie zum Besuch des Ost Ufers am Nil begleitet, genießen Sie Ihr Mittagessen an Bord. Auf dem Ostufer(Eastbank) besuchen Sie den Karnak-Tempel Komplex oder den Karnak-Tempel, der als einer der größten Tempelanlagen der Welt gilt.
Der Tempel besteht aus erstaunlich vielen Tempeln, Schreinen, Pylonen, einer Hypostyle-Halle und einem heiligen See.
Lassen Sie sich von Ihrem Reiseleiter die Geschichte der Stadt Luxor sowie die Entstehung des Karnak Tempel und seiner reichen politischen und architektonischen Geschichte erläutern.
Luxor Tempel
Wir fahren vom Karnak Tempel zur nächsten Station, dem eleganten Luxor Tempel mit seinen Obelisken und der berühmten Sphingen Allee. Dieser liegt direkt an der Uferpromenade des Nils und von dort kehren wir wieder zurück zum Boot für Ihr Abendessen. Geniessen Sie in aller Ruhe die Show Beilage!
Noch nicht müde? Begleiten Sie Ihren Reiseleiter durch die Stadt. Besuchen Sie den Souk oder eines der traditionellen einheimischen Cafés. Zurück gehts zur Übernachtung an Bord.
Tag 2) Luxor Westbank-Fahrt nach Edfu
Das Frühstück wird an Bord Ihrer Nilkreuzfahrt serviert und Ihr Guide bringt Sie für Ihre Tour mit dem Tal der Könige mit seinen 64 Gräbern, einschließlich des Grabes des Knaben Königs Tutanchamun (Aufpreis) zum fantastischen Westufer. Im Eintrittspreis ist die Besichtigung von 3 Gräbern enthalten, Ihr Führer wird Ihnen bei der Auswahl der 3 schönsten Gräber behilflich sein.
Die nächste Station ist der imposante Hatschepsut-Tempel, ein terrassenförmiger Tempel der in seinem Design und den Szenen an den Wänden wirklich einzigartig ist.
Anschließend besuchen Sie die Ruinen des größten Grabtempels am Westufer des Nils und seine Wächter, die riesigen Kolosse von Memnon.

Der Edfu Tempel befindet sich in perfekt erhaltenem Zustand und birgt einige der wichtigsten Geschichten von ganz Ägypten, den Kampf zwischen Horus und Seth. Besichtigen Sie den Tempel mit seinen wunderschönen Erzählungen an seinen Wänden und entdecken Sie den Nilometer welcher schon zu damaliger Zeit den Wasserstand des Nils anzeigen.
Sehenswert auch das Geburtshaus (Mammisi) in dem sich die werdenden Mütter zur Geburt zurückgezogen.
Wir gehen für die Weiterfahrt nach Kom Ombo zurück an Bord und Sie können in aller Ruhe Ihr Mittagessen sowie am Nachmittag Ihren Kaffee und Kuchen an Bord genießen.
In Kom Ombo angekommen gehen Sie von Bord um mit Ihrem Führer den einzigartigen Doppeltempel der zwei Gottheiten, dem Falkengott Horus und dem Krokodilgott Sobek zu besichtigen.
Im Tempel werden Sie Räume vorfinden, die davon zeugen, dass dieser Tempel als Heilzentrum diente. Einzigartige Szenen mit Abbildungen von chirurgischen Instrumenten, Szenen die von Schwangerschaft und Geburt handeln, werden auch Sie faszinieren.
Besichtigen Sie draußen den Nilometer und das Haus der mumifizierten Krokodile. Bevor Sie zum Boot zurückkehren können Sie einen Drink im typischen nubischen Café genießen.

Der Ausflug in Assuan beginnt mit dem Assuan-Staudamm, der 15 km von Assuan entfernt liegt. Auf dem Weg dorthin passieren Sie den alten Damm, der im Jahre 1902 von den die Briten gebaut wurde.
Der Philae Tempel ist das nächste Ziel unserer Assuan Tour. Um den romantischen Tempel von Philae, der jetzt 500 Meter vom eigentlichen Standort entfernt steht, zu erreichen fahren Sie mit einem Motorboot zu seiner Insel in der Mitte des Nils.
Letzte Station unseres Besuches in Assuan, sind die Granitsteinbrüche, aus denen die Obelisken und Statuen entstanden. Hier treffen Sie auf den unvollendeten Obelisken der Königin Hatschepsut, der 42 Meter hoch ist. Angeblich wurde er wegen eines Fehlers im Gestein nicht fertiggestellt.
Vom Steinbruch aus fahren wir für Ihr Mittagessen und Freizeit zur freien Verfügung zum Boot zurück.
Genießen Sie das letzte Abendessen an Bord mit einer tollen Nubien Show und nehmen Sie die Gelegenheit wahr mit Ihrem Guide den Assuan-Souk am Abend zu besuchen.

We want to make it as easy as possible to do so we try to make our cancellation policy as good as we can and we divided the cancellation policy into Individual Travelers, groups depending on the high and peak period of the season.
Day Tours and Shore Excursions Cancellation
Cancellation by the clients
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied.
- For daily excursions no cancellation fee ( 0 % cancellation fee ) is charged and a full refund is given if the cancellation is received 12 hours before trip starts.
- Less than 12 hours before the trip starts a 50% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.
Cancellation by Golavita
We reserve the right to cancel a tour at any circumstances but will not cancel a tour less than 45 days before departure, except for Force Majeure, Low Bookings or clients’ failure to pay the final balance, the Company will, upon cancellation, return all monies paid excluding payment for travel insurance or offer an alternative tour of comparable standard. No compensation will be paid to the Client if cancellation is because of Force Majeure or Low Bookings.

Is it allowed for non-Muslims to enter historical mosques in Egypt?
• Non-Catholics can enter the Vatican and non-Christians are welcomed at churches around the world. While not all the holy mosques of Egypt are off-limits to non-Muslims. All the historical mosques are open for the visit of Muslims/non-Muslims alike like Mohamed Ali Mosque within the Citadel, Amr Ibn El Ass mosque, Ibn Tulun mosque, El Refae mosque, Madrassa of Sultan Hassan and Al Azhar mosque. However, there are protocols which must be followed. Always remember a mosque is a place of prayer and worship for Muslims. It is not a museum.
Can I take pictures while visiting the monuments in Egypt
The answer is between yes and no. in most of the sightseeing it is allowed to take photos and make your trip memorable but there are other places in which you can not take even your camera with you for example Egyptian Museum, Valley of the kings, inside any of the Pyramid, inside the tombs in Sakkara, tombs of noblemen in Luxor, valley of the queens in Luxor.
