TRIP ITINERARY
Super Gifton island snorkel full day is one of the most popular snorkeling trips in Hurghada. It is known that Gifton island is one of the most visited snorkel places in Hurghada beside Mahmya island and Paradise Island. Gifton Island is about 40 minutes sailing by boat from Hurghada and its famous for its clear water, colorful corals and sometimes dolphins.

Enjoy your breakfast at your hotel then our representative will pick you up from your hotel (El Gouna- Makadi- Safaga or Hurghada) around 08:00 AM to the harbor, the starting point of your trip to Gifton Island. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by boat staff and you will be offered your snorkeling equipment, in case if you do not have your own. (Free of charge).
You have to keep your shoes in special place on board then you can feel free to be on the sundeck or downstairs where there is a reception in which you can get something hot to drink or you can smoke a cigarette. You will have your snorkeling guide with you on board. He will explain you about the program which includes two snorkeling stops in the middle of the sea and one stop on Gifton Island where you can relax, sunbathe, swim and snorkel by the seashore or have a drink at the beach bar. During the two snorkeling stop, your snorkeling guide will take you to a very nice coral reefs places where you can enjoy snorkeling and explore that underwater world.
Freshly cooked lunch will be served on board in buffet style with one bottle of water and one soft drink each. After lunch, you will enjoy your last stop on super Gifton island Island before you will go for the water sports activities.
Super Gifton Island water activities
Putting in mind that Gifton island offers not only many chances for snorkeling, diving or sunbathing but also water sports like Banana and Quarto. After you will have a lot of fun with the banana boat ride and the Quattro boat ride, the boat will sail back to the marina. On the way back, the staff will make some fun like little animation show. Upon arrival at the marina, our representative will be waiting for you to drive you back to your hotel.

We want to make it as easy as possible to do so we try to make our cancellation policy as good as we can and we divided the cancellation policy into Individual Travelers, groups depending on the high and peak period of the season.
Day Tours and Shore Excursions Cancellation
Cancellation by the clients
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied.
- For daily excursions no cancellation fee ( 0 % cancellation fee ) is charged and a full refund is given if the cancellation is received 12 hours before trip starts.
- Less than 12 hours before the trip starts a 50% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.
Cancellation by Golavita
We reserve the right to cancel a tour at any circumstances but will not cancel a tour less than 45 days before departure, except for Force Majeure, Low Bookings or clients’ failure to pay the final balance, the Company will, upon cancellation, return all monies paid excluding payment for travel insurance or offer an alternative tour of comparable standard. No compensation will be paid to the Client if cancellation is because of Force Majeure or Low Bookings.

Is it allowed for non-Muslims to enter historical mosques in Egypt?
• Non-Catholics can enter the Vatican and non-Christians are welcomed at churches around the world. While not all the holy mosques of Egypt are off-limits to non-Muslims. All the historical mosques are open for the visit of Muslims/non-Muslims alike like Mohamed Ali Mosque within the Citadel, Amr Ibn El Ass mosque, Ibn Tulun mosque, El Refae mosque, Madrassa of Sultan Hassan and Al Azhar mosque. However, there are protocols which must be followed. Always remember a mosque is a place of prayer and worship for Muslims. It is not a museum.
Can I take pictures while visiting the monuments in Egypt
The answer is between yes and no. in most of the sightseeing it is allowed to take photos and make your trip memorable but there are other places in which you can not take even your camera with you for example Egyptian Museum, Valley of the kings, inside any of the Pyramid, inside the tombs in Sakkara, tombs of noblemen in Luxor, valley of the queens in Luxor.
