Aswan to Abu Simbel By Flights starts early morning with the breakfast boxes from the reception of your hotel or Nile Cruise boat. Our guide will pick you up early morning around 06:30 am with our air-conditioned vehicle to Aswan Airport to take an internal flight to Abu Simbel temple.
Aswan to Abu Simbel By Flights gives you two hours to enter both Abu Simbel temple to enjoy visiting the two great temples of the king Ramesses II. The two rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel erected in ancient Nubia and they took 20 years to be terminated. Right now the two temples are not in the original site where they were built they are 65 meters higher and 220 meters back from the river with façade like 33 meters high.

Please note that photography is not allowed inside the 2 temples.
Breakfast you can have on the cafeteria nearby Abu Simbel temple. Then you will take your transfer back to Abu Simbel Airport for the flight back to Aswan, followed by transfer to your hotel or Nile cruise boat in Aswan.

Day Tours and Shore Excursions Cancellation
Cancellation by the clients
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied.
- For daily excursions no cancellation fee ( 0 % cancellation fee ) is charged and a full refund is given if the cancellation is received 12 hours before trip starts.
- Less than 12 hours before the trip starts a 50% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.
Cancellation by Golavita
We reserve the right to cancel a tour at any circumstances but will not cancel a tour less than 45 days before departure, except for Force Majeure, Low Bookings or clients’ failure to pay the final balance, the Company will, upon cancellation, return all monies paid excluding payment for travel insurance or offer an alternative tour of comparable standard. No compensation will be paid to the Client if cancellation is because of Force Majeure or Low Bookings.

All the historical mosques are open for the visit of Muslims/non-Muslims alike like Mohamed Ali Mosque within the Citadel, Amr Ibn El Ass mosque, Ibn Tulun mosque, El Refae mosque, Madrassa of Sultan Hassan and Al Azhar mosque. However, there are protocols which must be followed. Always remember a mosque is a place of prayer and worship for Muslims. It is not a museum.
Can I take pictures while visiting the monuments in Egypt
The answer is between yes and no. in most of the sightseeing it is allowed to take photos and make your trip memorable but there are other places in which you can not take even your camera with you for example Egyptian Museum, Valley of the kings, inside any of the Pyramid, inside the tombs in Sakkara, tombs of noblemen in Luxor, valley of the queens in Luxor.
